Gleichweit-PA+20 – Artist mouthpiece inspired by Gerald Pachinger (Vienna Symphony Orchestra)
The Gleichweit PA+20 is a professional B-flat clarinet mouthpiece developed based on the proven PA model—in close collaboration with Professor Gerald Pachinger , principal clarinetist of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz.
With a facing length of 34 mm and a slightly wider tip opening of 0.80 mm, the PA+20 offers similar sound aesthetics, precision, and response as the original PA model, but with a little more flexibility and a more open playing feel – ideal for musicians who love the PA character but want a little more breathing room.
Technical features:
•Track length: 34 mm
•Web opening: 0.80 mm – balanced, slightly more open than PA
•For Viennese wood reeds
•Recommended papers: Leuthner , Pilgerstorfer
• Developed with and performed by: Gerald Pachinger – Vienna Symphony Orchestra
