Gleichweit-Zimper – Mouthpiece developed with Christoph Zimper (MDW Vienna)

The Gleichweit-Zimper is a Bb clarinet mouthpiece developed in close collaboration with Christoph Zimper , professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW) . It was specifically designed for clarinetists seeking a balanced sound , delicate response , and creative flexibility .

With a facing length of 34 mm and a tip opening of 0.85 mm, the mouthpiece offers a warm, centered tone , precise intonation and dynamically responsive playability – for orchestral, chamber music and solo repertoire.
